Nicci Bonfanti - Trusted Sales Dynamics
Nicci Bonfanti started her working life as a teacher, followed by a 15 year career as a Sales and Marketing Director and is now a Sales Coach and Trainer in her own company, Trusted Sales Dynamics. In addition she is a Master Practitioner in Talent Dynamics and an Open University lecturer in Management.
She runs presentation skills programmes in companies and with business owners, drawing on her experiences of teaching, of speaking at events around the world, and at networking events around the UK. Her research and presentation skills work focuses on how to engage with the different personality profiles in your audience.
Carole is passionate about helping her clients achieve success. She has a remarkable ability to cut through the noise surrounding challenges facing her clients by creating space, clarity and insight into the issues that matter. Carole is the founder of The Blueprint Practice and has over 20 years of marketing experience.
Previously, Carole led the European marketing arm of Towers Watson’s financial management division and before that she worked for GHN (part of Penna Plc), the company that pioneered executive coaching in the UK. Carole works mainly with female entrepreneurs and small business owners.
She is CIM certified, has an MA in Marketing and her thesis was on Branding.
Michele is an international speaker, educator and consultant who has developed programmes built on her professional achievements and personal insights. She works with you to create your personal success strategies for life, first guiding you back to your true self, and then propelling you forward so that you experience and interact with the world in a truly powerful way. She works holistically, practically and systematically which ensures effective results.
Michele has been featured on Voice America, Croydon radio and Dream Corner and has shared stages with Laura Tenison and Dame DC Cordova, CEO of the global organisation, Money and You.
Emma is the Managing Director of Pitch Perfect Club. She excels in empowering an individual’s personal presence, which has them experiencing more confidence and more success in various performance-driven scenarios. This might include presenting at meetings, conferences and new business or sales pitches.
Her public speaking and coaching expertise was gained through ten years of working closely with private commercial enterprises, the public sector and the third sector. Emma also brings a wealth of experience from the performing arts and theatre arena and currently performs comedy improvisation around London and is writing her one woman show.
Ann works with a wide range of business owners across the country, bringing with her a wealth of experience in a variety of fields.
Ann has a direct and hands on approach that turns dreamers into doers. She runs strategy days and conducts coaching calls that enable individuals to fulfil their potential and strive for specific goals.
Her corporate roles have included setting up and running Carlsberg UK’s first national customer service centre.
Combining process, planning and passion, Ann helps individuals adapt their thinking and their behaviours in ways that deliver results on the basis of action and accountability.
Alongside careers ranging from Bank Manager to Business Development Manager, Ges’ commercial roles intertwined with presenting and Public Speaking. ‘Encouraged’ by his first employer into Public Speaking competitions, Ges realised he had been trained to do what most prefer not to do; speaking in public. Subsequent roles involved radio broadcasting and running workshops, and in his personal life, compère at the Leith Hill Musical Festival, addressing audiences of 600.
Ges now runs ‘Speaking in Public,’ delivering workshops that provide businesses with a toolkit for confidence to stand up and address clients & meetings, confidence to present, confidence to win business.
Margaret was first introduced to the world of House of Colour more than 12 years ago, and was so impressed by the impact that it had upon her personally that she decided to change career and become a House of Colour consultant 8 years ago!
Why the change from engineering to colour and style, you ask?
Having had her own colours and personal style analysed, Margaret’s confidence grew, and she found herself being head hunted by an international engineering company.
This prompted her to question the next step in her career, and so the radical change was made.
As well as enjoying her role as colour & style consultant, Margaret is now a part of the Head Office Training Team and Regional Manager – her passion to empower others, whether it be clients or colleagues, is immense.

Cathy is a transformation coach, spiritual teacher and heart centred branding expert.
She works with inspiring entrepreneurs passionate about living extraordinary lives, personal and spiritual growth and business that makes a positive impact on the world.
She helps her clients connect to the Source within to find clarity about their true path, eliminate energy blocks and inner resistance, raise vibration and restore flow and momentum so that they can manifest the life and business that brings them the most joy, fulfilment and fun.
